• From I-278 on Staten Island, take exit 13 (for Clove Road).
• Proceed north on Clove Road for 1.2 miles. Bear right at fork onto Broadway.
• Proceed on Broadway for 1.2 miles until the end.
• Make a right onto Richmond Terrace and proceed for 100 yards to driveway on left (this driveway angles off of the main road at 30 degrees and slopes downhill at 30 degrees).
• Proceed through gate into Penn Maritime's Yard.
